NORCECA WOMEN'S CONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Niverka Marte, setter of Dominican Republic: "Happy for another victory, today we had the chance to rotate all the team, giving opportunity to everyone to be on court and the most important thing is enjoy playing. Tomorrow we face United States, we are not thinking in the result, they are super good, it's always a difficult match; we will give all we have. We will work hard just like we do in every tournament and try to win the gold".

Marcos Kwiek, Head coach of Dominican Republic: "This was a match we knew we could win, we are teams at a different level of game, of development and at the moment of different goals. It was a good day to get everyone in rhythm for what's ahead in the tournament. Tomorrow will be hard; we will try to do our best, its one step towards our main goal of reaching the final".

Courtney Clifford, libero of Trinidad and Tobago: "This is a group of young girls that just need the experience in playing games and we lack consistency. Sometimes you can see glimpses of really good plays and then we go down in a little shell, it's just a matter of experience. We will try and compete as much as we can every time we hit the court".
