GUANAJUATO, Mexico, June 1, 2019 - The International Course for
Coaches of Beach Volleyball concluded on Friday at the premises of
University of Celaya in the State of Guanajuato.
Among the participants in the ceremony was Alejandro Borjon,
president of the Volleyball Association of State of Guanajuato.
The course was directed by FIVB Instructor Mauro Hernandez with
the coordination and supervision of Raysa Morel and Lisandra
Ramírez, who represented the NORCECA/FIVB Regional Development
Center in the Dominican Republic.
José Antonio Hernández of Mexico, Diego Carlos Gutiérrez of
Argentina and Jorge Alejandro Medrano of Mexico, were recognized as
the most outstanding participants.
Twenty one coaches from Argentina, Cuba, El Salvador and Mexico
took part in the course.
Ramirez expressed satisfaction for the support received from
NORCECA and the National Federations saying that the development
center is open to organize new initiatives to help the capacitation
of technical personnel in volleyball and beach volleyball.
