received their certification as part of the International Level I
Volleyball Course that officially finished at the FIVB Regional
Development Center.

- More than 30 coaches of the Norceca and South American region
received their certification as part of the International Level I
Volleyball Course that officially finished at the FIVB Regional
Development Center.
The course directed by Argentinean
coach Alejandro Arconada left a pleasant impression among the
participants from different countries like Colombia, Costa Rica,
Cuba and Mexico.
"We have to show and teach our
athletes how to think properly in every match situation, and the
coach always work harder by giving the example to his or her
players," said Arconada.
Attendees analyzed both technical
and tactical details and, in the same way, the different methods of
instruction and work been shown in the classroom sessions, as well
as those corresponding to the field exercises.
Practical evaluations took part at
the Multi Purpose Gym before the closing ceremony.Also a
theoretical exam was made. "The results were good, all the
attendees approved with the necessary points," Arconada added.
Coaches expressed their doubts and
exchanged opinions and, at the same time, had the opportunity to
present different projects and assignments of the main subjects and
themes such as Mini Volleyball, Initiation and High Performance
competition.
During the closing ceremony, Baja
California Sports and Physical Culture authorities as well as
Center Development personnel were present at the Olympic Rings
plaza and appreciated the FIVB support on behalf of General
Director and Norceca Honorary Vice-President, Saul Castro
